Intoware wins digital software contract by Shell

Intoware has been awarded a contract with Shell Information Technology International BV to deploy its digital software platform, WorkfloPlus, to help improve Shell’s operational efficiency through connected industrial work.

This contract follows the successful trial of WorkfloPlus in Shell’s upstream, downstream, shipping and shipping integrated gas manufacturing operations, in numerous countries over the past 12 months and has been evaluated by the Shell’s eXtended Reality (XR) team.

Designed for use with Realwear’s augmented reality (AR) headsets, WorkfloPlus generates the digital workflows required for health and safety audits, regulatory compliance, and integration tasks, eliminating the need for manual processes tedious.

WorkfloPlus helps connected workers undertake activities such as daily inspection audits and maintenance tasks by creating live views, progress updates and immediate analysis of results, further encouraging collaborative work and better problem solving.
