Job: Implementation Consultant at Asseco Software Nigeria

Summary of the role

We are recruiting an Implementation Consultant who will be responsible for the implementation of Asseco’s enterprise technology solutions in large organizations in the region. The involvement relates to the solution design, architecture, implementation, solution testing and go-live phases


Lead Asseco Nigeria’s finance team in charge of corporate revenue collection, cost control, cash flow, fundraising, banking relationships as well as other finance functions.
Preparation of an investor pitch and participation in presentations of the company’s activity to potential investors and/or financiers.
Prepare quarterly financial and commercial reports to the Board of Directors and the Asseco Group, in accordance with the Asseco Groups, standards and requirements.
Responsible for strategic planning around resource allocation and model development to support business growth.
Take executive decisions with management on the company’s financial situation, cash flow and cash management.
Ensure the financing of the activities and operations of the company.
Responsible for the relationship with banks, lenders and other financial partners of the company.
Manages ERP, billing and other corporate financial control systems, policies and procedures.
Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to bring continuous improvements to the efficiency of the finance function and the services provided.
Responsible for the company’s filing, archiving and accounting system.
Manages and manages the relationship with the company’s accountants and auditors for efficient and timely reporting.
Produces documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations as required.
Oversees the maintenance and alteration of office space and equipment, as well as the layout, layout and housekeeping of office facilities.
Networking with investors, banks and financial institutions to maximize their value proposition for the company.
Manage own agenda to organize and prioritize monthly, weekly and daily goals.
Actively contribute to regular and ad hoc meetings and update general direction.
Act as a leader, manager and mentor for finance team members.

Qualifications and experience

MA / M.Sc. or advanced university degree in finance, business administration and/or equivalent.
5-10 years of successful work experience in an investment fund, bank and/or in the finance function of a reputable IT company.
Candidates should have a good understanding of the software industry and technology trends.
Fluency in foreign languages ​​is a plus.
Ready to travel locally and internationally.


5+ years of experience in a fast-paced financial institution (preferably an investment fund) or in the finance function of an IT company.
Must have a university degree or equivalent. A relevant higher education degree, particularly in finance and/or business administration is a plus.
Candidates should have a good understanding of the software industry and technology trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a requirement.
Experience managing an ERP and/or payroll/PAYE/tax filing system is a plus.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, records and records management, forms design, and other clerical procedures and terminology.
Fluency in a foreign language is a plus.
Ability to take initiative and, if necessary, ability to assert oneself, in particular with third parties (such as banks, suppliers, vendors and other service providers).
