The Access Group acquires EasyBuild and boosts software services

The Access Group has acquired EasyBuild, a Borehamwood-based organization that offers ERP software designed to meet the specific needs of the construction industry.

Building on the acquisition of ConQuest in 2018, the addition of EasyBuild provides Access with “the most comprehensive set of software solutions in this industry,” according to a statement.

EasyBuild was founded in 1999 with the aim of providing ERP software to meet the diverse needs of the industry, covering prime contractors, public works, demolition and concrete framing, interior design, roofing and siding, carpentry, rail, highways and utilities – and provide the essential tools needed to manage projects quickly and efficiently.

EasyBuild has grown significantly over the past five years since Carol Massay became CEO, winning awards for her software every year for the past four years.

Brendan Flattery, Managing Director of Access ERP, said that since acquiring ConQuest he has been looking for other complementary solutions to expand his offering, mainly in the UK, but also in Europe.
